If you want some appreciation for the nation and freedoms we all enjoy, if you want to begin to understand what it means to be the child of a WWII veteran ... what it *should* mean to be an american, read this book.
The next few weeks will alter my life in a way that I could have never forseen. I wont be around for a long while. I wanted to thank you for so many things.....being a "good guy" (yeah I know dont let it get out) my friend, a true American and for sharing your thoughts here with me....its amazing how much we think the same.
I wish you the very best in the years to come with Sharon....I know you love her (even if she is a liberal )
